The interview process was okay, regular questions for a mid-level supervisor, they asked how I handle programming and behaviors. Unfortunately, when I received their offer it was significantly less than what I was already making and I tried to negotiate and they just said I don't think so but I'll ask and that was it. Never received a call back.
