I submitted a Resume and they called 4 months later to offer me a next day interview. I had an initial group interview with eight people. They contacted me about a second interview and a mandatory power point presentation about the differences between motivational interviewing and behavior modification. The projector will be "broken" when you arrive for your second interview.
