I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Center for Social Innovation (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2016
Interview
Group interview followed by "homework" then one on one. The whole interview process was very communal and required showcasing your ability to talk about others and the community at large. It was for a job that required very diverse skills and communication skills as well. IT felt like one had to compete for standing out. BUT it seems to a good way to weed out many candidates at a time.
