I applied online. I interviewed at Center for Speech, Language and Occupational Therapy
Interview
I applied online and heard back within a week or so. The recruiter Lucio was so friendly and kind, which gave me positive vibes from the get-go. During the call, Lucio scheduled me for the next steps. I talked to their VP of Clinical Programs. She asked very thoughtful questions about my treatment approach and gave me feedback after my responses. She was also very kind and easy to talk to. They invited me to observe a session. I appreciated how they asked for availability and actually tried to accommodate. Everyone was also very responsive via email. The observation was amazing and I got to meet the clinician who would be my CF supervisor. After the observation, Lucio called me about a week later and gave me an offer! I had just had a previous bad experience with a recruiter and I kept comparing them to Lucio in my head, because he is so personable and I could feel his excitement for the company and for me! The whole team was so welcoming -- I am so excited to start!

Interview
The process was smooth. I received a call and was asked a few questions then got invited to the in person interview. The interviewer was really nice and we had a nice conversation. She kept her word on getting back to me when she told me she would.
I applied online. I interviewed at Center for Speech, Language and Occupational Therapy (San Jose, CA) in Mar 2019
Interview
The interview process for this position was honestly a joke. Right when I walked in, there was no one in the front office and I had to go inside to see if anybody can assist me. The person who interviewed me was very monotoned and seemed like she didn't even want to be conducting the interview. After the interview, I was told to hear back from them within a week and it's been more than a week and I haven't heard back on whether or not I was granted the position. The environment of the workplace seemed unprofessional and unorganized, especially when they don't even reach back to the person that was being interviewed. Take your resume and apply to a different company that is worth applying for because this definitely wasn't it.
