Interviewed by two staff members. Interview consisted of behavioral based questions but preceded by an informal conversation that put me at ease during the interview. It took a few weeks before I received a job offer. Executives stay very busy here and are always under pressure so i understood the wait time for a job offer may take some time.

Reponse to application was immediate, interview was relevant to position, hiring contact was immediate, benefits were throughly explained, offer was immediate.
