Written communications leading up to the interview were organized and thorough. The interview link required a commercial Zoom account (not an individual user account), so I had to join by phone. The actual verbal interview was a bit disjointed and the questions were very loaded and apparently not relevant to the role, according to one of the interviewers. It was a strange experience.

Describe innovative engagement programs or initiatives that you've implemented and the outcomes of those, but keep it brief.
They asked specific questions about union experience and how I navigate unionized employee populations, but insisted that they weren't union and weren't experiencing bargaining activity.

Interview
Applied and was quickly contacted by HR. Interviewed with HR and was scheduled for 1st Interview. Interview was canceled the day before. Interview was rescheduled for 2 weeks later. After 1st Interview second Interview was scheduled for 2 weeks after that. After a 3 month long Interview process, I wasn't offered the position. I asked for feedback but, they never responded.
Three rounds of interviews including an initial screening by HR, the Hiring Manager, and an interview team consisting of members of departments where you might have close interactions. The organization is prompt in getting back to you.
