Centra Healthcare Solutions interview questions

Interview was lengthy, but conversation flowed easily. Started with a lengthy phone call, followed by a 1+ hour first interview, 2nd phone call, 2nd interview with members of the team which was over an hour... was definitely given the impression by the owner and team that I was a good fit for the company. Enjoyed the interviews and friendly banter with the team and CEO. NEGATIVE: given a series of tests (personality / math / basic skills) in the middle of an open office with telemarketing agents on both sides speaking on the phone and to each other. Not only did it create distraction during times test taking it was uncomfortable to be taking a test with ppl watching. I did share this with the CEO. After the results of the personality test came back - I was offered a position in Sales rather than a position for which I applied.

I basically went in and had an interview in front of three people after that I called the president to tell him I was interested after that I went in to do a few tests after that I did a one-on-one with my manager.
