I applied online. I interviewed at Central Casting (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Interview process was organized and pleasant. Met with recruiter first and then the team. They asked straight to the point questions. Not a long interview process at all. Team was very nice.
Very easy, no interview really required. There's mainly a lot of paperwork to fill out and a sexual harassment course you're required to complete prior to being booked. The hardest part is getting an available time slot.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Central Casting (Los Angeles, CA) in July 2019
Interview
I was referred to this job by a friend working there. They reached out and scheduled an interview time. I got there and waited 30 minutes over the time. I finally got into the tiny interview space with 3 people waiting for me. It was short, with not many questions, and without a single smile. They barely asked me about my qualifications but wanted to make sure I knew that although it's not a high paying job, you get paid a good amount for overtime, and that there is A LOT of overtime. So essentially, they didn't want to pay their employees for the hard work they would be doing during the normal hours but encouraged you to work longer hours in order to make ends meet. That blew my mind...hard pass.
