Central Garden interview questions

The experience was super odd. I was contacted by an outside recruiter. It took almost 3 weeks to get an interview despite the fact of them being "very interested" in my resume (fine, sometimes these things take time). The interview process itself was poor. The employee who interviewed me was very vague and not very engaging, kept talking to others in the room mid interview, and even switched rooms during the interview. I get it it, things happen, but they didn't see so prepared. The worst part is I has no been 5 weeks and i have gotten zero feedback or followup. I can take rejection but that's super unprofessional. Goes to show how the environment would be like working for them, hard pass.
