Central Group interview questions

3 rounds of interviews. They are mostly based on past experiences and are role-related. The interviews were conducted in English. Specific knowledge is required. No test is needed. Pretty relaxed and the questions were not that difficult.

application screening- HR interview- SHL assesment- case presentation-group work- final interview. Only those with Master degrees can apply to this position. The process is quite long, normally it takes around 6 months to finish.
