Extremely quick interview. I was the first interview slot out of 3 day process. I wasn’t asked any questions about skills related to role or knowledge of the Trust. Which I had prepared for. Waited a week and ended up ringing them to find out about position. Needs to be a more efficient response for applicants from WCH. Now employed by Salford Royal, much smoother and more engaging interview process.
