Central Ohio Technical College interview questions

First you interview by phone. If they like you they invite you on campus for two sets of interviews accompanied by a campus tour. All interviews are panel style, you can expect to meet with at least 4 people at a time. Interviews totaling over 2 hours

I was asked to take the position immediately, based upon my experience and because the school needed an instructor right away. The dean who interviewed me was very nice and eager to discuss the job with me rather than discuss my qualifications. I felt that I was being handed the job before I even walked through the door. I was able to talk comfortably with the interviewer. The school has a new person in charge of this department and I'm certain that this dean would be very thorough in her interviewing process.
