Central Piedmont Community College interview questions

Had an interview via phone with the hiring manager. Hit all of the questions. Was told I’d hear from another manager for a second interview around the first of the year. I never heard from either of them, nor did I receive a rejection email. I logged into my account to check my application and saw the position was filled. Horrible communication.
