I applied through other source. I interviewed at CentralReach in Feb 2026
Interview
Was 6 steps long with a mock pitch, assesment, and 4 interviews with different team members and managers. Was more of conversational style interviews with questions that didn't run that deep. Wasted 3 weeks of my time to get me to the last step and not offer the position.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at CentralReach (New York, NY) in Nov 2025
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter and moved through two rounds of interviews with the team. The first round was friendly but felt disorganized, with a group format that lacked structure and direction. The second round felt rushed and focused heavily on procedural questions rather than the design topics I had been led to expect.
Following the second interview, both the recruiter and CentralReach stopped responding entirely. I never received a rejection or any follow-up communication, even after reaching out weeks later. For a company that initiated contact with me, failing to send a standard candidate update is unprofessional.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at CentralReach
Interview
There were multiple rounds of interviews. HR is highly communicative throughout the process, they will set up meetings with other employees and stay in contact regarding the next steps. They gave me a lot of detailed information, such as who I would be meeting with, the purpose of the interview, directions, etc., which I found extremely helpful. Company culture and your interest in the mission are a priority and will come up multiple times.
