One of the worst interview experiences I've had. The company showed little respect for candidates' time and required extensive case work that felt more like free consulting than an evaluation. I left with the impression that leadership and operations roles are used to collect ideas, with little intention of filling the position. The interview process also felt political and territorial, and I saw more emphasis on LinkedIn visibility than execution. If you're interviewing here, be cautious about how much unpaid work you agree to do and ask upfront how your case materials will be used.
