Interview
It was first a technical assessment on a computer; based on the roles that you are applying for, you opt for various modules. After that, when shortlisted, you will be asked to complete personality tests (200+ multiple choice questions)

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Centre for Strategic Infocomm Technologies (Singapore) in Jan 2020
Interview
First round will be some onsite MCQ tests based on which positions you have applied for and can take up to 3 hours in total. Waited around 1 week and got invited for an interview together with a personality test. Interview was done with 5 employers (presumably head of each dept) and one hr. Not sure why was there a need for 5 interviewers when I've only applied for 3 positions. The interviewers in my opinion showed little interests in knowing you and it felt more like a "standard procedure" to go through before they reject you. There was one instance when I asked one of the interviewer would I be at an disadvantage if I do not have prior experience in x software, he blatantly replied "Yes", full stop. This in my opinion was rather unprofessional and it made me want to leave the room immediately. Received an email saying I was rejected two weeks later (thankfully).
Advice to HR reading this, I don't understand the point of having so many interviewers being present when the candidate applied for three positions (or less) only. And it would be really beneficial if the interviewers can introduce who they are, which department are they from or even have a name tag in front of them as no information was provided to the candidate at all on who the candidate is speaking to or direct the questions to. Last but not least, please be more professional. Yes, CSIT is a good reputable company but please at least treat all candidates regardless of their experiences/backgrounds with respect. At least the HR I spoke to during the MCQ test and interview were a lot more polite.
