Centric Senior Software Engineer interview questions

Their Process is quite long . They have taken 3 rounds, 2 of them were Telephonic and 1 was Skype. When there was a 3rd round going on , the recruiter disconnected the call, Very Pathetic. I tried to connect him/her again but there was no reply from their side and said that the HR will connect you but could not understand why he did that, he just chatting with me on Skype but not picked the call(Total wastage of time). They don't know how to take the Experienced person Interview.
