I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Century Benefits (Portland, OR) in Sept 2024
Interview
My interview was in an office with the trainer and a woman I assume is their HR rep. They described the job and asked me a few questions about my availability and making sure I would be available for training. From there they described the compensation structure (3k/month + commission) and asked me a few questions about how I handle various types of situations.

The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Century Benefits (Portland, OR) in Jan 2023
Interview
I was an hour late to the interview (not randomly late purely just a scheduling error on my part) and came prepared. She was very understanding and didn’t make me feel bad about it. Me and the Lead recruiter had a long conversation about where I am now, where I want to be and how I can get there by working at Century Benefits.
We talked about compensation and how the year looks (usually early winter is more successful) We then took a tour around and I briefly met some staff members and ended with the promise that if I’m failing I will not be left to drown or be terminated. The next day I received the offer letter with a short description of duties and requirements/stipulations of employment (license required)
