4 Stage interview:
1. 30 minutes Screening chat with VP of Architecture (Sam)
2. 45 minutes Hands-on Coding (2 senior engineers)
3. 45 minutes System Design (2 senior engineers)
4. 30 minutes Culture Fit (2 non-engineering team members)
Everyone I met at Century were absolutely lovely and they are doing some good and interesting engineering on a good product.
Leadership seems good, and technical direction seemed really good (scaling up the current product which has good market fit).
I was very pleased to receive an offer, but was offered a much better package elsewhere, so ended up declining.
