Got a referral Interview with the recruiter, and on the spot I got the job,the next week I was started,very easy interview,the recruiter is very accommodating ,he just asked a few questions and that’s it,you’re hired
Got a phone number for the staffing agency from a referral and when I called, they asked me to send them my resume and my availability and then immediately gave me an offer. There was no discussion of my resume and skills, so basically no interview.
