Interview
It was an initial phone interview, then a Microsoft Teams interview with the hiring manager. I thought the interview went great, I had a great rapport with both interviewers. I was then ghosted for the next week. (I was told I'd hear back in 2 days). They finally emailed me and said they went with someone else. I asked for feedback . None given.

I applied online, received an invitation from the recruiter, and subsequently had a quick call with the recruiter. It was all rather formal and quick. No difficult questions. Simply questions about my background.
