Interview
It was a three round interview, first one was with the hiring manager and the next two were about RL post training concepts. The hiring manager looked bored and kept yawning which I found to be rude. The other two interviewers were professional.

Explain my previous work to the hiring manager. Explain the decisions I made and the trade-offs. The technical rounds did not include live coding. They asked about metrics to look out for during RL training.
