Received a call from HR for screening and then the first round was scheduled. It was a telephonic interview in which the penalist asked a mix of technical, behavioral and work related questions.
The second round was scheduled with a person working in the US. He asked sone scenario based questions and some technical questions, he was very soft spoken and was listening carefully. This round went for over an hour. After completion he said "I believe you are a very good fit to the team, you would love working with us and there are a lot of opportunities for you to grow. Your knowledge and background will be very useful for us and I am looking forward to speak with you again". He also told me about the project and work at the company. I believed this went well.
After a few days got a feedback that I am not a good fit for the role. I am not sure what went wrong.
