We also want to clarify our approach to compensation. Certa doesn't have budget constraints when it comes to hiring top talent, and we always aim to pay competitively as per market rates. However, our compensation structure also takes into account an individual's current skill expertise relative to the role and our existing team. This approach helps us ensure fairness and internal equity for all employees. If a candidate is a strong cultural fit but has a few areas for development in specific skills, we'd discuss this openly, as our priority is to build a cohesive and highly skilled team where everyone feels valued and equitably compensated.
