Certica Solutions interview questions

First, submitted cover letter, CV, and short answer questions. Next, 30 minute phone screen with 2 people. Next, completed work sample where I wrote 3 questions and gave feedback on 4 questions. Next, hour interview with 8 person team. Next, interview with Director of HR. Finally, completed an HR assessment/inventory.

I was interviewed by phone, then had to take a test where I wrote 4 multiple choice problems and reviewed 4 problems of theirs. I spent over 12 hours doing this task. They never informed me of my hiring status. I called 2 months later and they told me the job was filled. I find that horribly insensitive that they didn't even inform me or give me feedback after all that work.
