Interview process was quite quick. Heard back in a few weeks, had two video interviews over two concurrent weeks, and was invited to visit day after second interview. Was offered job at end of onsite interview.

They asked how I would perform my job duties. There is no person with a similar position at the company currently so they wanted clear answers on how I would address the problem they wanted to be resolved.
