Recruiter screening 15 minutes call to assess high level fit, review resume, confirm details of the role and compensations. After that, two follow up interviews with operations leadership. During the interview, the questions were behavioral, culture fit, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration related. Interviewers were kind, friendly, and professional.
