ChaiOne User Researcher interview questions

Phone screener and then a phone interview with the hiring manager, before being rejected. They asked hard and unexpected questions in the hiring manager interview. I asked for feedback after I was rejected and apparently the answer I had to "What is something you would like to work on about yourself?" was the reason they didn't hire me and they were looking for more experience. Guess I shot myself in the foot.
