In my case, there were a total of nine rounds spanning ~six weeks, including a paid trial project and its presentation. The interviews themselves weren't super challenging, but you do need to do some homework prior if you want to be successful and aren't already actively researching or working on blockchain projects. The onboarding is a bit bumpier than the interviews, but it's a startup and a lean team so it's understandable.
