I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Chainlink Labs in Mar 2025
Interview
Average process. I had 3 interviews, one with the HR, another one with hiring manager and a coding test. I didn't receive a feedback on the coding test but I was not moved forward.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chainlink Labs
Interview
As described on the Chainlink Labs page, the process included an HR interview, an algorithms meeting, coding sessions, a software architecture review, and discussions with the C-suite team. This transparent, multi-step process is a good way for the company to filter candidates effectively.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Chainlink Labs (Sydney) in Aug 2022
Interview
Interview process was long, but very clear and communication with the hiring team was great. There were 5 stages: Initial recruiter call - (30min) Coding interview - (1hr) Product Design - (30min) Architecture & design - (1hr) Team Impact interview - (30min) At the end I didn't get the offer. But interview process was good and all interviewers were engaged.
