Challenge Manufacturing interview questions

I applied on their website. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Challenge Manufacturing [Pontiac, MI] in May 2026. The initial phone screen [30 minutes] with the HR person makes it seem like a good fit for a College graduate and that I have a fair shot at getting my foot in the door. Week 2, I was told to go in person to take their robotics test [40+ minutes] and might take a tour/ meet the hiring manager. I passed the test. After waiting 20 minutes, I was told to leave as they could not get in contact with the hiring manager and to reschedule for later in the week. I go in for the second in-person interview and have to wait 10 minutes past the scheduled meeting time. They have me take an English test. I finally met the hiring manager, and to sum it up was told that I lacked 2 years of experience and have no specialty skills. The meeting felt like it was the first time they saw my resume, as if they had checked beforehand, they could have emailed or contacted me, saying I was not a good fit, before making me commute there twice and wasting so much of my time.
