First time they call you for a written aptitude test and a questionnaire with strange questions. If you get through that (I'm not exactly sure what they were trying to test with that questionnaire) you get called again for an interview which I did.
The interview consisted of regular teaching related interview questions.

I applied, and it took 4 weeks until the interview. They are very thorough, and the process takes multiple interviews. They have their own methods and theories and definitely want you to agree with them.

There are multiple tests you have to take to get the interview and you have to take another one at the interview. You may also be interviewed twice and have to read to a class.

Taking several tests to gage what level you should be teaching at. The school is academically advanced and focuses on children’s independence and is very patriotic. You should filter through more than one interview with the schools directors and then another written test. Testing knowledge of math phonics etc. A week of training during summer is expected for new teachers
