Apply online and received a link after a day to upload resume and some basic information. Then, there’s a one hour pre-interview assessment including grammar, math, vocabulary test and some individual questions.

Applied on indeed. Was sent an email questionnaire. During interview, I met with the regional director first and then the school director. First interview included a written essay. Second interview I got to go into a classroom to read to the students. There is required training for a week in Austin in August.
