Chameleon International interview questions

Initial phone interview with the HR manager. Follow up phone interview with a head of operations. Head office interview day: Presentation on supply chain and operations followed by 15 mins of questions with 3 members of the team, a Lateral thinking exercise , Interviews with four members of the team.

3 stages, phone face to face with the manager and then final meeting with directors. This took place over the course of around 3 weeks. We had the chance to meet other employees of the company as well during the process.
