I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Chanel (New York, NY) in May 2019
Interview
The hiring process was pretty standard, Round 1: phone interview with recruiter, Round 2: in-person interview with hiring manager, Round 3: small task/project, Round 4: in-person with the rest of the team. I thought everything went well I received great feedback after all rounds and then I was ghosted after my final interview with the team. I didn't hear back from the recruiter I was working with or the HR representative for the team. After meeting and speaking with more than a handful of employees from Chanel you'd think they would at least have the due diligence to send me a note that I wasn't a great fit for the role. I wasted my time and effort completing a project while I'm already working and taking time off to come in and interview and no one even had the courtesy to respond to my follow up emails.
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Chanel (Paris) in June 2019
Interview
I sent my resume via email to apply for the job and received a voice message to continue the hiring process. I then had an interview with the manager where he asked questions about my resume and personnality.
