Interview
I was selected for the R1 interview which was conducted by 3 people. I felt was a little excessive for the first round, but was willing to do whatever it took if it was a great company. My first red flag was when I researched the company and those that I was interviewing with had her LinkedIn profile set to "Open to Work". For me, that tells me if she is looking, then something must be wrong. Two out of the three interviewers made me feel like I was wasting their time. I was barely given enough time to really learn about the company. After all was said and done, they ghosted me. If this is the way Chapin Hall's interview practices are, I am not interested. This speaks volumes about the company culture.

Interview
Questions were pretty standard for this type of a position. Interviews were spread out over roughly 4 weeks, but were very time consuming. The first round was three one hour long interviews via zoom. The second round was three additional one hour long interviews, also via Zoom.
Many of the questions in each round were quite similar, or even identical to those asked by other interviewers. It was unclear if that was by design to try to identify untruthful answers, or if it was due to lack of communication and coordination among the panel. Overall the time consuming nature of the interviews was overly burdensome and unnecessary.

Interview
There was an initial screening with someone from HR and then two virtual interviews with two interviewers each. It was very laid back and conversational with no set questions. Interviewers were friendly and seemed to love their jobs and the agency. I wasn’t selected and despite asking ahead of time during the interview, was not provided with any constructive feedback or a reason I was not selected.
