CharityEngine interview questions

I was given a small assignment to build a CRUD application using your choice of language . One that is completed I was invited to meet with team who asked more personality related questions not technical at all. It was a very nice experience , no pressure or the feeling of interview all team members were very polite and casual.

Initial phone screening with manager not associated with development section of the company. Post screening given two code challenges with a short deadline. Challenges took about four hours to complete. Posted challenges to Github and sent links to recruiter contact. Never heard back. Given time spent completing the challenges, having some sort of response would have been expected.
