Interview
Applied online, had an interview, waited for a call, was given an offer, took a drug test and started work. Very typical and easy. Just had to wait a bit for a call. They are really slow with that.

Interview
Very friendly. Generic questions. Spent most of the interview talking about the company. Admittedly said there is no room for growth unless you commute to another city 40 miles away.
