Third company was subpar but CR is excellent. The contract HR company is difficult to get a hold of however the interviewers were wonderful . There were no behavioral questions which was a nice change.

The interview process was pretty quick and efficient. I received an initial interview over the phone with a recruiter to discuss position and qualifications. After initial interview, I received a 1 hour panel interview, in-person/onsite.

2. Technical with Scientific Advisor and Director of Operations: Technical and management related questions followed by expectations.
3. Scientific team: Questions/discussion on HPLC and LC MS
4. HR: Received the offer and next steps.
The entire process took two weeks.
