      Laborer Interview

      26 June 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Cherryvale, KS
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Charloma (Cherryvale, KS) in May 2012

      Interview

The hiring process involved me repetitively calling Charloma to check in on a resume that had been turned in for weeks, which finally resulted in a call back in which I was offered an interview. The interview process was over in less than 5 minutes, I was asked only questions about who my previous employer was and current address, nothing to do with experiences, strengths and weaknesses, etc. The office staff were straight to the point, with very little to no friendly behavior, this company from the start seemed as though it would be difficult to work in.

      Question 1

N/A interview was miniscule leading me to believe that they do not care much about the employee.
