I sent a resume directly to the school. Within a few days I was interviewed by the Principal and Assistant principal. She said she would call me within the week and she did. An offer was made.
Was asked about my work history and working with a team. I could tell they really needed the position filled which made me wonder why the position was opened up in the first place.

My interview for one school was virtual, my other interview with another school was in person. It was a easy and smooth interview process, with the shortage of teachers they were quick to give me an offer from both schools.
