Applied online, a month later had a phone call with HR to talk through my cv. All went well, they were nice enough - told me the salary, role requiremenrts and asked me some generic questions about my experience. They then told me I was through to the next round, which would be doing a copy task to then present to the wider team. Despite them telling me I was moving onto the next stage, I never heard back from them after this phone call. I'm more than qualified for this role, and feel I would be a great fit - but guess I dodged a bullet here. Ghosting is not very fabulous, darling.
