One-on-One interview with Director of Client Services, to understand temperament, and technology understanding. It was pretty much a get to know you session where they assessed my people skills and how I would be when interacting with Doctors and other High-level business staff. They there was an aptitude test on my computer skills.

Small quiet office. Basic interview questions: Tell me about yourself, what is your greatest strength/weakness, where do you see yourself in five years? How do you feel about working overtime and on weekends? Describe a boss you liked/disliked.
