      Head of People Interview

      Application

I interviewed at CharterUP (Austin, TX)

      Interview

HR Generalist Screen followed by a Hiring Manager interview. Both behavioral. Next up would have been conversations with the President and CEO, but I didn't make it that far. Felt like a fairly standard process, HR Generalist/Recruiter was informative, efficient, and a great communicator. I was happy with the process, it felt intentional and fair.
