I applied online. I interviewed at Chartis Federal (Washington, DC)
Interview
I had a great interview process. The team, and HR professional that I met were informational, and truly interested in what I had to offer. It ended up being two rounds of interviews over 3 weeks.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Chartis Federal (Falls Church, VA)
Interview
The interview process was pretty standard for government consulting firm. First was a phone interview with HR to discuss the basics (job description, pay range, verification of experience). Second phone interview was with hiring manager where the discussion revolved around the clients needs and expectations, my previous work experience, what are my strengths/weaknesses, how would you deal with certain scenarios (having to give news that a project is behind schedule, how do you manage requirements...). I was also brought in to meet the client even though there are not officially part of the hiring process they wanted to give both myself and the client the opportunity to meet to ensure that it would be a good fit for both parties.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chartis Federal (Alexandria, VA) in Mar 2015
Interview
A 3rd party recruiter contacted me regarding the position and had a 45 minute to an hour phone interview with the person I would be replacing, asked basic questions behavioral and some technical. Selling me the job. Was called for a face to face with VP at the time and the first interviewer. Was given the job same day, not much of a face to face, they knew I was the guy for the job and gave it to me, they offered me coffee and showed me around the place.
