Receive a phone a day after submitting my application, had the interview and 2 days later I received the job offer. The onboarding process took longer since you have to submit all of the requirements paper such as drug test, criminal background, and a 3 days training.

Why do you want to apply? Do you have any interest in finance? where do you see yourself in 5 years?
A face-to-face over the computer. The first interview was great and I went on to the second interview. I did not get the position and of course they do not say why.

Describe a time you had to adapt to a changing or complex environment at work. 1.) the situation, 2.) your actions, 3.) the outcome.
The interview process was easy. There were 2 interviews before I was hired and the onboarding process was a breeze. I did have to go do a drug test and a background check which was a little time consuming
It was ok and could have been better. Not sure if I got the job or not. Seems like they were in a rush to pick someone. I think there’s better jobs out there.
