I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chase (Portland, OR) in Aug 2017
Interview
Mostly standard for the banking industry. After being chosen for the interviewing process you'll conduct a recorded digital interview. The questions will pop up on a screen and once you've read them you will continue to the live recording of your answer and then the process continues until you've answered all of the questions. You are given an option to practice but once you go "live" you cannot redo your answer -- much like an in-person interview. Then you will have a phone interview with the hiring manager and either your manager or their manager.
The branch manager was super friendly and easy to talk to. The only downside was that the interview started almost 30 minutes late even though I was on time. I had scheduled it during my lunch break at work, so the delay made things feel a bit rushed.
It was good and very very interesting. Need more clarity on the process and expectations. Will not interview again. Good role not a good fit for me personally. Process was little confusing and communication
Had a phone interview. A couple days later was called and asked to interview in person at one of their locations by a branch director. Those were the only two interviews I had.
