There were 2 parts to the interview back to back. One was with HR and the other was with a Team Lead. Both were about 15 minutes a piece and were average in terms of difficulty. Asked general personality questions and a few about prior experience.

Interview
Right to the point and very professional. The manager was very nice and didnt make the process hard at all. I almost forgot I was in an interview. It was more of a conversation than an interview and made all the difference in the world.

Interview
One on one interview. Interviewing will yield a 12 to 14 dollar pay rate so confidence, customer service and call center preferred. Just a few questions and they ask you to bring copies of your resume but don't really look at it.
