I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Chase (New York, NY)
Interview
I was interviewed by the branch manager and her outgoing and relaxed personality made me feel very comfortable. The entire interview felt like a conversation. I think the interviewer's demeanor can definitely make an interview less nerve-wracking. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. What does a good customer service mean to you? What makes you better than other candidates? How would you handle unsatisfied customer? Why do you think you are best fit for this position?
Wonderful interview with 2 branch managers, did not feel like an interview. Process took about a week, for an interview. Got put on the bench and was not given an offer though.
I applied in-person. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Chase (East Islip, NY) in June 2023
Interview
First had a phone interview, then one in person with 2 people. Both interviews were fairly easy, coming from someone with no experience with interviews and who was a nervous wreck lol. As others have mentioned, the in person one felt so natural like we were just having a conversation and I really appreciated that. It helped with my nerves. I got hired on the spot and I accepted.
