The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Chase (New York, NY) in Mar 2023
Interview
Multiple rounds - HR, hiring manager, peers, supervisor of hiring manager, peers of hiring manager
Job description was recycled and had different focus to what the job was. It was a "surprise" during the interview.
Another company that takes up so much of a candidate's time only to ghost them. Then MONTHS later sends a computer-generated generic email that the job is filled. I was already working in another job!
The entire process spoke volumes about the chaotic bureaucratic impersonal culture at JPMC. It also convinced me to pull out ALL my assets from Chase Bank. Who wants to support a brand that treats candidates so poorly?
I applied online. I interviewed at Chase (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Spoke about Resume overview and transitions between jobs. First was with HR and second was with the hiring manager as well as 2 teammates. Fairly average line of questioning and wasn’t too difficult. All was done during zoom call no in person interviews given team is bi coastal.

At least three interviews for most roles: recruiter hiring manager and hiring manager’s manager and then sometimes a peer of hiring manager. Could be many days before you get a response.

Varies based on individuals but was mostly based on “what would you do if…” or “give an example when…”.
